STANDING SEAM ROOFING
Standing seam roofing systems are renowned for their outstanding aesthetic and performance characteristics and have been used extensively throughout the public and private sectors for over 20 years. Standing seam roofing systems will enhance the total roofing envelope package. By incorporating other high performance building envelope products into the roofing system, compatibility is ensured between the individual components.

Convex and concave curves and tapered sheets rolled to create a radial roof on plan can also be provided to provide attractive architectural features.

Standing seam roofing can be provide in Aluminium, Copper, Zinc and Stainless steel

ARCHITECTURAL FABRICATIONS
The importance of effective perimeter detailing is often overlooked, when it is in fact as critical as the roof and wall cladding system itself.
Well designed and installed details can have a major impact on the overall performance of a building and can significantly improve the aesthetic properties. Through the careful consideration of design interface issues compatibility is ensured between the individual components.

The AF range of specialist fabrications offers an extensive range of bespoke products from architectural features and bullnoses to louvers, flashings and rainwater management systems to complement the main building design. Produced by skilled fabricators and supported by a specialist design team standard and bespoke elements in coated steels, aluminium and stainless steel can be provided on quick turnaround.

RAINSCREEN CLADDING
Rainscreen Cladding is a unique method of cladding or over-cladding a building to provide weather protection for the building fabric and structure. Renowned for their ability to create a completely ‘flat’ surface, rainscreen cladding systems are increasingly used on prestigious new build projects where guaranteed long-term performance and the aesthetics of the building façade are of paramount importance.

A multi-layer Rainscreen Cladding System will out-perform alternative types of wall construction, at an economic whole-life cost to the building owner due to its low maintenance requirements and the sustainability of the materials used. The AF Rainscreen Cladding System from Architectural Facades is fabricated from ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), or solid aluminium to create a ventilated ‘cold’ façade fixed to an aluminium carrier system. Available in a range of vertical and horizontal joint arrangements and a variety of colours and finishes, the system is backed up by the same high level of technical and fabrication expertise associated with the Company.

ROOF & CLADDING SYSTEMS
All types of roofing & cladding systems for industrial and commercial projects are undertaken. AF can install composite roof and wall cladding, twin skin systems, over roofing or strip asbestos and re-sheet your old roof. All systems incorporate weather seals and are installed to comply with current thermal regulations as appropriate.
